Field ID: phone formatting
We have a problem in which are new contact entries by Users will put the phone number but also include the extension afterward which causes problems with our TAPI reporting. Since the field is a standard field and not a custom one, am I able to setup a character max etc?
I suppose the next best option would be a warning after the user event?
