Demand Planning - Order Management

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:50PM in General

Wondering if anybody out there has some experiences they can share.

We turned on Demand Planning last week.

Since that time we are finding errors in the way open sales order reports work.
Ship dates are no longer respected
Closed orders appear as open
Start dates are ignored.

We are currently fixing Netsuite as we go since these are "Intended Functionality" according to support.

No docs appear to give guidance (aka warning) of these impacts.

Anybody else out there with some advice.

(If anybody is reading this in the future. Looks like all searches have maintained integrity. I'm rewriting all reports as searches since we have no confidence in the reporting module anymore.)
