Limiting a knowledge base search
We're in the process of creating a knowledge base for all our extra product information, that is relevant to us internally so it can't go directly on the products for our website. The problem is when we use the search box it will search all locations and brings all the products up from the website, not just the solutions.
We've searched through the settings and the suite answers but are unable to find anything to allow us to limit the search box in the knowledge base to only search knowledge base items.
I saw there was a thread regarding this back in 2009 but with no clear answers.
