Importing is case sensitive ?

Hi everyone,

I am at the beginning planning all the data migration and I am building manual for the users to prepare the files.
I was wondering if the import tool is case sensitive?
I am not talking about additional spaces, but if a letter is not used with capital/small letter (i.e. 'john' instead of 'John' and vise versa).
I tried to import Purchase Orders and changed the vendor name, item name and other fields and it seems OK...
Just want to make sure and to not mislead any user.
