Journal Entry Import - Line Update

We have approx. 2000 Journal Entries that need to have the Department field at the Line level populated with the appropriate department.  This field is currently blank and I am trying to update these JE's via CSV Import - Update. 

Is it possible to update a field (e.g. Department) on an existing Journal Entry at the line level within a CSV Import (Update), similar to how you are able to update a Sales Order by mapping the Line ID?  Each Journal Entry is a 2 line transaction - with a balancing debit & credit line.
