Website 2 NS: Automatic CSV Import

Apologies for the low-level NetSuite expertise, but I didn't find an answer elsewhere...

Is it possible to automate - ideally csv - imports from a website? 

Consumers register warranties on our website (not hosted by NS).  We would like this information imported automatically daily.  Is there any way to automate this, so we don't have to export a csv file from the website and import into NS manually?

Paying someone to do this is an option.
Your help is much appreciated.
