Importing Custom Records using multiple files feature

Hi,

I was trying to import data for custom records (Parent & Child) created in NetSuite using import multiple files option. However, what I found was for custom records, I cannot choose multiple file radio button; if i have to import data of parent & child record at same time.

Is this a constraint with NetSuite functionalty or I am missing something? Please help!
