Tips on creating sub leads and sub customers
Basically, we want to have two entities for all of our leads, prospects, and customers that has the base company and then a sub-company which will be the focus of a new sales service.
We have the current format of:
ABC Brokerage as a Lead with one contact under it - Sales Rep 1
I want to create:
NewProductsub ABC Brokerage with one contact under it - Sales Rep 2
When I go to add the Customer, I don't see an option for naming a parent. Do I need to use a two spreadsheet approach?
Thank you.
Aaron
