Customizing File Cabinet

Hi All

I have the scenario to customize File Cabinet screen such that when a file is uploaded a list of "Group" appeared and each group have checkbox field when user checked the checkbox/checkboxes than the file will be associated with that/those group/groups.

if anybody knows please answer.
