NetSuite themes problems!

I have two sites on Netsuite. The theme of the primary one changed constantly even I did not change the theme it is using. I just previewed another theme but the primary site's theme changed! and it is hard to get back the original theme. WTH! Is it really so hard to design and test a theme on NetSuite?
