Collect Customer Data from Fields
We're trying to categorize our customers & leads. We've got a drop down for these categories and have it set up so users select it at checkout. There's also a text field for users to use if they select the "other" from our drop down. These fields are set up as entity fields.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to have this field filled in when a customer opens a case with us, and I'm pretty lost.
We're currently using an online case form to start the case. In this form, the "other" text field is able to be added to it, but not the drop down.
