Measuring Sales Order Fulfillment Time via Saved Search or Report

We would like to know how long each sales order takes to be fulfilled.

I would like a report or saved search that can calculate or at least display the times of:

[INDENT]When the Sales Order was Approved.

When the Fulfillment was marked Shipped.
[/INDENT]

It would be an added bonus if it could COUNT the time between these two events.

Any ideas?
