Contact search - filter on Company field

Created a new search - chose Contact from the list of available searches.  Clicked on Advanced Search check box.

Company is a field listed on the Results tab by default.  Would like to use this field when entering a Criteria to limit the search but Company does not appear on the list on the Filter drop down list.  Is there another name for this field that appears in the list? I have tried several without success.

Trying to create a saved search of contacts that is sorted by company name but need to eliminate some junk entries from our datalist.
