Some items not appearing in sales reports
For some reason, I have some items which do not appear on the default Sales by Item report, nor do they come up when I try a custom report. However, if I go directly to the item record and look under the History>Transactions tab, the sales order is shown as is the item fulfillment and the invoice. We've sold our first of these items recently (within the last month or so) - could it be related to the upgrade? Is anyone else seeing this? I would really like to have an accurate sales report.
