Report Using Main Line = False (Not SS)

I know with saved searches we can use Main Line = False to only work with line level data on transactions but doing this with a report isn't so straightforward.

Does anyone know how to achieve the same thing in a report? I'm trying to figure this out so I can exclude tax lines and shipping lines from a custom report.
