Customers by Shipping State

Most of how I work with my customers is based on the shipping state. This is the state specified in the SHIP TO ADDRESS field on each customer in our database.

When I run a search for all customers with SHIP TO STATE = TX, I cannot because Netsuite does not seem to allow me to filter based on a SHIP TO STATE.

Can someone help me write a Saved search that will find all customers with SHIP STATE = x? Perhaps SQL is what I need?
