Report Filters

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a report in netsuite with a filter for a certain "transaction number"

The filter is as follows:
Transaction Number : Contains "ov"

I was wondering if it were possible for me to add a "AND" function with it.

For Example:
Transaction Number: Contains "ov and q"

As of now, I am unable to do so. Is there some way to do the same? I know I could do a saved search but if this works it would save me quite the effort.
