Simple Formula - what am I missing?

Ok I have this super simple formula that is throwing back an invalid expression.  It's a text formula, here's what I have:

CASE WHEN {item.lastpurchaseprice} = 0 THEN 'Yes' ELSE END


What am I doing wrong here?
