Using Formula for Date Criteria

There may be a simple solution for this, but I cannot figure it out.  How would I set criteria for dates to be the 16th of the month to the last day of the month.  So, I know the formula is TRUNC(TO_DATE{today}, 'MONTH')+15 to indicate the 16th of the current month.  I can use that on the results tab.

How can I make this the date Criteria on a search so the search is, say, "On or Before the 16th of this month"?
