Sales Tax Liability by Tax Group Report

I need a report that only shows "Tax Groups", the current report shows all Tax Codes and Groups; I'm also getting the "other tax codes"

I'm getting codes like:
CA_CA
CA_EDNA
CA_EKDY
CA_EMAP

I just need a report of the tax groups in this one. Not all of the codes.
