Attaching an Issue to a SupportCase using web services
I posted a question to NetSuite Support and I was informed that it is not possible at this time to associate an issue and a case using web services. So this is a long shot but I thought I'd see if anyone has found a way to do this. I was hoping the "attach" verb would work, but it is seems tailored specifically to files and contacts.
Here's what I was hoping would work, but doesn't:
AttachBasicReference attachRef = new AttachBasicReference();
attachRef.attachedRecord = issueRef;
attachRef.attachTo = caseRef;
WriteResponse attachResponse = _nsService.attach(attachRef); //This doesn't work.
Any ideas?
