Add a TimeBill to a SupportCase
Hi All,
I'm trying to add a TimeBill to an existing case, but i'm having some problems, and would greatly appreciate some help. I'm getting an 'invalid customer reference key for an employee' error. The case is assigned to me, and i'm using the right company. Here's the Soap request and response:
