Convert Contact to Individual Customer
Is there any way to convert a contact into a customer?
I read one post from 2009 that there was a "Convert" button in the UI to do this but I don't see it anywhere.
If I try to upsert() a customer with a matching entityid and externalid of an existing contact I get a record doesn't exists error and if I try to add() them I get a duplicate record error.
