Key Performance Indicators
So this is probably simple but we can't find it in help. We have some saved searches built into our KPI's. The searches are on our KPI portlets and measured by periods. Some of the saved searches measure counts. In some cases measuring a count that goes down is a postive thing but it reflects with a negative change % and the little red arrow down. How can we make that the inverse on our specific KPI's so it has a change in green(positive) and a green(positive up arrow). Can't seem to find it in the help file on searches
