How to create Ticket Categories
I am fairly new to NetSuite, I want to understand how can we create incidents with categories and Priorities.
For eg : I have an issue with procurement, I want to have category as P2P and Priority has 2, where in 1 is critical, 2 moderate and 3 Not at all urgent.
Is there a standard template I need to follow
