Cannot submit Online Support Case Using Internet Explorer 11

We are unable to submit online support cases via the Customer Center when using Internet Explorer 11.  Is this a browser issue or could the problem be in the custom form that we use?  The form works perfectly in Firefox and Chrome.  Thanks!
