Where is the Attachments to Send folder?
Is anyone else missing the "Attachments to Send" folder for attaching files to customer records, emails, etc.?
Support just told me it is by design that the standard "Attachments to Send" folder has been hidden from all accounts (but Administrators can still see it in the File Cabinet). I can only assume this was part of the recent mini-release. It would have made a great preference but to force it is not good for us.
I sure would appreciate a heads up on these changes I now have to go back and create new folders for each Sales Rep to save their attachments to send so there is some standardization.
