Import Opening Balances using Web services

in Accounting / ERP

My Client has approx. 600,000 lines per month for the opening GL balance journal entry, NetSuite has a built in limitation for 10000 lines per JE. We are thinking of dividing into multiple JE but will be very time consuming.
Is there a way to import these Opening Balances and creating journals using Web services. Any help will be useful.
