Employee Profitablity Custom Search
I am very eager to create a custom search that I can use as a custom KPI on our company dashboard to report our technican's profitablity.
In other words I want to create a search that finds hours billed and approved by employee as well as hours actually worked by employee.
Once I have that data (we know our average billing rate as well as our average fully loaded labor rate) I want to take total hours billed*average billing rate (revenue)-total hours worked*average fully loaded labor rate (cost) to get profit and then express than result at a %.
