What happened to Premier Payroll??

We have had premier payroll for years and have been happy with it until the switch to Ceridian.  Since the switch I have had to make manual journal entries for payroll tax adjustments.  I have never had to do this in the past.  I called support and I am told that currently Ceridian does not have access to do adjustments in NetSuite so I will have to all the manual adjustments.  Support could not tell me if or when this would change. 

My company purchased premier payroll because they state that they do the following:
