Customizing the Add to Cart area

I realize the Add to Cart button has limited customization abilities. However,
I would like to put the Add to Cart button on the same ROW as the ItemSalePrice,
NumberofItems,
and ChooseColorMatrixItem values.

Can I modify the way
<%=getCurrentAttribute('item','addtocarthtml')%> is displayed?
I need to get each value to appear on 1 row not 2.
