Detecting which Save option a user chooses

I would like to detect which save option a user selects when saving a form.

The form I am interested in is the Phone Call form and I want to detect when the user presses "Save & Copy" or "Save & Follow Up" - depending on which role is being used.

Does anyone have any idea how this can be done?
