Identifying that Sales Order was placed on Web Store in Server Side Script

I am writing a server side script on Sales Order. Is there anyway of knowing that the Sales Order was placed on the Web Store rather than on the Customer Centre. I need to execute different code if the order was placed on the Web Store.
