Online Case Form -

Hello,

We have a online case form all setup and ready to go but a new added requirement has been requested and now I need some assistance.   We have a selection called Business Application and within there are these selections in the drop-down:

Business Application:

NetSuite
Nexsonia
>SalesForce<
Application

If SalesForce is selected (Dependent on SalesForce only), then it will make it Mandatory for the Department to be selected which is independent of itself but only if SalesForce is selected.

Department:

Marketing
Channel Services
Sales
Service & Support

If anyone has an example and any assistance would be really great, Thanks you very much.
