UserEvent Script to calc Profit only working on certain s.o forms
Note: custom forms are not the issue. It already works on SOME custom forms, just not all.
Our User-Event script is set to calculate profit on any record that is a Sales Order. The S.O. form we normally use is a custom form, and the profit is showing just fine. (The script has it submit a field value to a custom field on the form) Now, when we want to create a S.O. from a school Purchase Order, we use a different custom Sales Order form. For some reason, even though it's a sales order, it does not show anything for the profit (the custom field that the script submits value to) Why would a script run
