Getting 'component' Inventory Details in a Work Order Completion record

Ok,

So, I've got a Serialized Assembly Item that is made up of 'other' serialized items.  Everything works fine on the build.  I assign serial numbers for the components (as well as the assembly itself), and all is well.

The issue I'm having is, when I want to Unbuild that Serialized Assembly, I'd like to ensure that the serialized components are assigned the SAME serial numbers that were originally assigned during the build. 

My current solution is to find the Work Order Completion record that orginally 'built' the Serialized Assembly, look at the Inventory Details of the components and extract the serial numbers that were used and use them in the Assembly Unbuild record.  Netsuite is coughing when trying to do the following
