Google verification

I am trying to simply "verify" my netsuite (basic) account with google so I can begin this next phase.  Google asks for either a metatag verify statement, which I tried putting in various spots, or an html file, which I tried uploading in each my images and company docs files in file cabinet.
Anyone have a clue exactly where, in netsuite basic, I would put either the metatag or the html file so google can verify?
Of course, nothing in the help files that I found.
