Custom Record - Sourcing from a Parent field
I have created a custom record called Training Courses to track courses scheduled and completed by employees. To link a unique training course record to employees I created a custom record field Training Employee of type Multiple Select, List/Record = Employee in the Training Courses custom record. I also have a checkbox field called Completed in the Training Course record.
My issue is that I want to track completion by employee since multiple employees can take the same course. Right now if I check the Completed box it shows up on all employee records selected. Does anyone have an idea how I could do this?
