Autopopulate Time Zone based on other field?
Can anyone tell me how to generate an auto-populated field for Time Zone based on a Customer's area code or state/province?
Example: enter the telephone number with area code 604 and the time zone for Pacific would adjust automatically.
Right now, we have to look up the location to determine the time zone. This helps for quick viewing of phone calls to make eastern calls early in the day vs scanning through and sorting before making calls.
