Compare old value to new value?

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to have criteria in a search for system notes for system notes.old value <> system notes.new value.  I have other criteria that further narrow the search to a particular field, etc. but this is the part I am stuck on.

I'd appreciate any help.
