Formula for Sales Before Top of the Hour

Hello,
I have a saved search that shows me the sales for today and I have them grouped nicely by hour.  What I would like to do is limit the saved search to only show me sales that have occurred before the last FULL hour.  So I don't want to see any sales in the report that have occurred in an hour that is not complete.  I was thinking that I would need to compare the current hour with the hour in the {datecreated} field but I am not sure how to extract the hour from the datecreated field or time
