Item Search shows two lines per item

Hi everyone!

So I'm trying to put together a search.  Right now, all I have is that it pulls the Item Name, and then has a formula that pulls the Quantity Available from a specific warehouse. The formula is pulling the correct numbers, but every item also has one line with the item name and a blank value for the formula.

Any ideas?
