Search for Inactive Items on Parent Customer's Item Pricing Sublist
Hello,
I am hoping someone would be able to give me some guidance on a saved search I'm trying to build.
All of our Parent Customers have special Item Pricing applied to them for certain items. When a subcustomer is created, the item pricing from the parent customer is copied down to the subcustomer's item pricing sublist via script. However, if an item has been discontinued and marked as Inactive, the item remains on the parent customer, but generates an error when the script tries to apply it to the subcustomer (for obvious reasons, it is no longer searchable/active).
