Help with Dense Rank Function

I am trying to use the Formula (Date) in a saved search for leads and I'm stuck on the function.

We need to display the Activity Date for the next activity where status = Scheduled and if one does not exist then the Activity Date should be blank in the results.  I can't use the Activity Status as Criteria because we want to include all leads regardless of Activity Status but we want to display the date when an activity status = Scheduled. 

I have had success in the past with users helping me put the formula together.  I have no experience with Formulas and Functions so I'm hoping someone can help me.
