Search for customers who has SOs with $0 amount only

Hi,
For a customer search that I am trying to do, it should only pull customers that have SOs with $0 amount only. But when I run the search I get customers which has a mix of $0 and greater than $0 amount SOs in them. How do I fix this? Attached is my criteria of the customer search.
