"Previously Authorized"
I'm confused about something. I'm approving my first batch of commissions and I'm doing it retroactively. We had been using Excel and have already cut some checks, now I'm going back and approving the commissions to bring things up to speed.
Anyway, I have one item for a rep that is a negative amount (-$63.00) and in the previously approved column it has $63.00.
I don't understand what's happening. If it has been approved previously why is it showing up again?
The only thing I can think of is that it was approved using a schedule that I recently modified. Would that cause it to do this?
