Problems with commission calculations

I have opened a tech support case on this as well but I thought I would reach out to this group also.

We have several Commission Schedules created on 3/4/2008 and Assigned to a sales reps via a Commission Plan with a "From" date of 1/1/2008 and a "To" date of 12/31/2008.  Commission are NOT BEING CALCULATED for sales orders prior to 3/4/2008 - regardless of the assignment dates.
