Commission Report

My sales reps would like to be able to audit their sales and see when they were paid for each sales.  I would like to create a report that shows a list of a Sales Reps invoices and the date that the commissions were paid against the invoice.  I don't see how to relate the two.  Doe anyone have an idea?
