Partner Commission Schedule

Hi,
We are trying to set up a partner commission schedule to be calculated on sales per calendar year, however the system only has options to set up partner commission on sales per fiscal year. In our scenario, we are an Australian company, so out fiscal year starts in July, however the commissions from our partners are calculated on sales per calendar year. How can we set this up in Netsuite?
