Transaction Lines ID is broken!

We have a lot of crystal reports that use the Transaction Lines and Transactions views.  As of 11.0 they are all broken.

The TRANSACTION_ID field on the TRANSACTION_LINES view seems to be the culprit.  I can no longer join TRANSACTION_ID between TRANSACTION_LINES and TRANSACTIONS.  Crystal says that they are "incompatible data types".  I can browse the TRANSACTION_ID data in TRANSACTIONS but not in TRANSACTION_LINES.

We need this fixed ASAP because this has broken about 30 reports and affects several departments.
